Ever since the inception of RGifts, the customer has been at the forefront of many decisions! When our CEO first began, he purposefully chose an office which had above post office beneath it! As a result, orders were able to be posted out that very same day right up until 4:59 pm!
Another aspect of customer experience which was continuously cared for were email and phone enquiries. Our CEO would ensure that his mobile number was the main contact for customer enquiries and he would also check the company’s emails regularly!
This is all down to the fact that he has worked in many customer focused jobs, including Call Centres and customer facing roles. He, as a result, understood the need for high-quality customer service.
